Transformation of a former industrial structure in Tel Aviv’s Montefiore district into a three-story headquarters for a high-tech company.

The project included a full architectural renovation, exterior redesign, building systems planning, spatial layout, circulation strategy, and structural adaptation for modern office use. The scope of work also included façade design, formation of interior core planning, floor plan development, and integration of infrastructure systems to support contemporary workspace requirements.

The building comprises three office levels, an urban rooftop terrace, and a basement floor, all re-planned to accommodate flexible work environments, operational flow, and future tenant needs.
