A four-story industrial building in Tel Aviv’s evolving Montefiore district has been transformed into a bespoke corporate workspace for a high-tech company. The design honors the original industrial character of the structure while adapting it for modern work culture.

Exposed concrete, preserved columns and black steel details shape the material palette, celebrating authenticity with a bold yet refined aesthetic. The workspace spreads across multiple floors and culminates in a rooftop level overlooking Tel Aviv’s urban skyline.

This project bridges industrial heritage and contemporary design, crafting a distinctive work environment built for productivity, creativity and innovation.
